     President of the Board

    Dr. van Koeveringe received his PhD in organic chemistry from the University of Leiden (The Netherlands). He was a member of the Pharma Executive Committee of Roche, leading global technical operations from 2000 to 2010. Dr. van Koeveringe remains actively involved in the Pharmaceutical Industry. With his longstanding experience, he will strongly support Senn’s successful future development.

    Hans-Peter Wyss, lic. oec. publ., dipl. Wirtschaftspr├╝fer


    Member of the Board

    Hans-Peter Wyss holds a bachelor in finance and graduated in economics at the University of Zurich. He held various positions in the areas of audit, risk management, corporate finance and advisory in big-4 audit and consulting firms in Switzerland. Since he became a partner of Deloitte in 2005 he advised a large number of global, international and local companies as well as entrepreneurs. Hans-Peter Wyss retired from his position in 2013 and started his own advisory firm. Based on his experience gained with many companies he will support Senn Chemicals to further build on its strong market position.

    Matthias Senn completed his professional training at Givaudan (Hoffmann La Roche) in Dübendorf, near Zürich. In 1981 he became responsible for Senn Chemicals new R & D laboratory. During the following years he helped to adapt the organizational structure to complement the demands of the steadily growing company. In 1993 further studies at the University of Zürich. Since 2000 a Member of the Board and involved on a part-time basis in the management of structural changes and reorganisation.

    Michael Senn started his career at Senn Chemicals AG in 1985, where he received his professional training as laboratory assistant. With the years ahead he changed to analytics and finally to quality assurance. From 1999 to 2006 he was Director of Quality. During this time, he was responsible to keep the company compliant with the growing demands of GMP and ISO 9001. Since 2007 he runs his own business in the health care field. He will support Senn with his knowledge in keeping a small company fit for the global markets.
