At SENN Chemicals, our technologies and expertise allow us to produce peptides via both solid-phase and solution-phase techniques, or combinations thereof. We select the appropriate synthetic strategy based upon several criteria, such as the nature of the peptide, the requested quantities and the desired specification, in order to fulfill the specific needs of our customers.

After the process is developed on a small scale, our R&D works on the scale-up and process development for production on a larger scale. The solution phase synthesis of large quantities of peptides will be performed in our 2500 liter reactors. In parallel, we will develop the analytical methods required to fulfill the customers' specification and validate these if needed. The selection of the most economic route of synthesis in combination with the optimization of the batch sizes enables us to be a competitive manufacturer of high SWISS quality peptides.
